Jamila & Josh's Engagement

We're really looking forward to covering Jamila and Josh's wedding this February! We had set up their engagement session about a week earlier than we ended up doing it but that day turned out to be really rainy and we had to reschedule to the following week. We're sure glad we did! The weather was absolutely perfect! We couldn't believe how warm it was for the end of October! We love Jamila's bright red shirt against the fall background colors.

The Hermann Family

Such an adorable family!

Shelley & Jayson - October 24th

Shelley & Jayson were actually married in St. Lucia earlier in the month and asked us to cover their sand ceremony and reception in Stillwater with family and friends. After the intimate ceremony with a few family members, we took a quick trolley ride through town and then headed over to The Grand Banquet Hall.

There was a different amazing cake at each table!

Kari & Adam's Wedding October 18th

Kari and Adam were married at the Horse and Hunt Club which was such a beautiful location for a fall wedding! We'll always remember a few things from this wedding: *The snakes! As we were walking through the grounds of the Horse and Hunt Club with the wedding party, snakes were EVERYWHERE and the girls really weren't too fond of them! *The great game of Catch Phrase that was played at the reception. Everyone really enjoyed having something fun to do during dinner. *The kissing contest. We have seriously never seen three couples fight to the end to kiss the longest like Adam & Kari and their parents did. Wow was that a show!!! We had a great time with you guys! Thanks for the great day and congratulations!

Yehoshua & Rebecca's Engagement

We're really looking forward to Yehoshua and Rebecca's wedding! They'll be getting married on December 30th which is the day before our own anniversary! Their engagement session was a good challenge for us because due to their Jewish traditions, they're not supposed to be really affectionate or touch before the wedding ceremony. We had a great time seeing what we could do without letting them get too close!

The Kaufenberg Family

Sunday was a super busy day for us! We were at Ritter Farm for most of the day and were amazed with how nice the weather was! We couldn't have asked for a better day!
It's a good thing we are used to organizing large family groups at weddings because the Kaufenberg family was a big one! We really enjoyed meeting each individual family and loved how color coordinated they all were for the photos!
( I actually wore a white shirt and jeans that day so I really could have fit right in with the family!)

The Charnstrom Family

It was so much fun seeing the Charnstrom family again! We did their holiday photos last year but it was so much warmer this year. Last year, Sophia was bundled up in a winter coat! She is such a doll and she told us she's ready to be a big sister (and even change stinky diapers)! Alan and Angela are expecting a baby boy soon. We can't wait to meet him!

Joe & Allison's Wedding -October 17th

Joe & Allison were married at Our Lady of Grace in Edina.  The church had such beautiful grounds that we knew we wanted to spend most of our photo time outside.  Luckily, it was a beautiful fall evening and not too cold!  After the ceremony, we followed the wedding party (and got some fun shots of Allison sticking her head out of the top of the car) to The Minneapolis Marriott West for the reception.

Allison's pink shoes were awesome!
